Radina S. Tuot

President and primary organizational lead

Born and raised in Cambodia, Radina rebuilt her life in the United States and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to spend 29 years at a Veterans Administration hospital, with experience in Medical, Emergency, and Oncology and Hematology, including sixteen years caring for cancer patients.

Her leadership roles included Charge Nurse, Acting Nurse Manager, and Assistant Nurse Manager, and she served as a preceptor for newly hired nurses. Outside of the hospital, she has held a Health and Life Insurance license for eight years and operated a cookware business for seven.

A Christian, Radina has been active in her Khmer community for decades. She and her late husband served a Khmer group of approximately 50 members through Bible studies and church ministry, opening their home for gatherings, preparing food for weddings and funerals, fundraising, and community events. She continues that work today through Social Services assistance, medical interpretation, accompanying community members to medical appointments, and helping people in need. Khmer pastors and elders have called on her to help rebuild and strengthen Khmer groups and have entrusted her with leadership during times of transition.

She now serves as President of Bridge of Life and Hope Foundation.
